Palmetto - Renovation Update

Expected Completion Date: 15th January 2018

The renovation work at the Palmetto property is well underway, for those of you following my previous posts you will remember the breakdown of the planned work:

So far the painting has been completed, the bathrooms removed, and the kitchen cabinets / counter tops have gone. Some of the floors have been laid, but unfortunately not all of the tiling / flooring arrived on the boat - this shouldn't cause any delays as other work can continue in the meantime.
