We recently made our first payment to investors owning a part of the Palmetto Place property. As the property has now been operational since 1st March 2019, we were delighted to make our first part income payment shortly after the end of the month.
Overall the property performed well above our initial expectations (given the short lead in time for bookings). We exceeded the target occupancy of 65% to deliver the following:
Nights Sold: 22 Occupancy: 71% Average Nightly Rate: $243.50
Guest feedback on the property has been very positive so far with a 4.5 star rating on Airbnb.

Bookings are looking excellent again for April and we look set to exceed March's occupancy figures.
